Follow us down the rabbit hole

Who The F♡CK is Alice is a not for profit larp. It is being created by a team of volunteer organizers in their spare time next to their normal lives with (full time, non-larp) jobs, studies, spouses, kids etc. Every cent of ticket prices are being used for location, food, decoration and extras. Whatever is left will be used to make future Quicksandbox larps possible and more financially accessible. We want to encourage participants of all financial backgrounds to sign up and have a chance to larp with us. So, please, talk to us about it and we will try and make it work with the help of this beautiful, supportive community.

We are offering payments to be made in 3 installments:

1st lump 50€ non-refundable deposit, due [TBA]

2nd and 3rd lumps are half of the rest respectively: €125, €162.50 or €50 each.

We are offering several ticket options:

Standard Ticket (300€)

This is the price we need to ask in order to cover everything: The venue, the food and drink, other expenses.

Generous Ticket (375€)

The surplus of 75€ covers half the amount by which a Sponsored Ticket is reduced.

Sponsored Ticket (150€)

This is for people who for whatever reason need a discount. We will not ask for a reason or proof. We trust participants to sign up for this or the more discounted option if they feel they need it. Unfortunately, discounted spots can only be granted if the respective amount is covered by Generous Tickets or donations.

Donation regardless of casting

(Any amount)This goes directly towards letting someone with less financial means attend WTFIA. This donation does not influence your chances of getting a spot and you are agreeing to make it regardless of the outcome of the casting.

Should you choose to make a donation, we will contact you about it asap.

Participants are asked to make sure they know which ticket category they’ve chosen and pay the correct amounts according to that choice. All in all, we wish to be able to create a great larp for and with you without making it unnecessarily hard to access.
